You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason.

How to ask for a refund

Email support@ssokkit.com from the address you bought with, and include your order ID from the Paddle receipt (it starts with txn_). You don't need to explain why, though we're glad to hear it.

What happens next

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our reseller, to your original payment method. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider. When the refund goes through, your license key is deactivated on all PCs.

After 14 days

After 14 days we generally don't offer refunds, but if something is wrong, write to us and we'll look at it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law in your country.
