Who is responsible

Ssokkit is responsible for the data described here. Contact: support@ssokkit.com.

What we store

When you buy a license and activate it, we store:

• your license key and its status;
• the email address you used to buy and the order ID from Paddle;
• for each activated PC: the PC's name, a hashed device ID (a one-way fingerprint, not your hardware serial numbers), the app version and when it last checked in.

We use this only to issue and check licenses, let you manage your PCs, recover lost keys and answer support requests.

What we don't collect

Ssokkit downloads, converts and captures on your own PC. The links you paste, the files you save and the screenshots you take are not sent to us.

This website uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.

Payments

Payments are securely processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details, billing address and tax information under its own privacy policy. We receive the order ID, your email address, the amount and the country needed for our records. We never see your full card details.

When you open the checkout, Paddle's checkout window may use cookies or similar storage it needs to process the payment.

Server logs

Like most websites, our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the service secure and working. They're kept for a short period and then deleted.

How long we keep data

License and purchase records are kept for as long as your license exists and as long as we must keep them for tax and accounting. Device entries are removed when you release a PC.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing support@ssokkit.com from your purchase email. Deleting your data ends your license, because we can no longer verify it. Depending on where you live, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with Paddle for payments, with our hosting provider to run the service, or when the law requires it.

Children

Ssokkit is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new date.
