Who we are

Ssokkit (“we”, “us”) makes and supports the Ssokkit app and this website. You can reach us at support@ssokkit.com.

Your license

When you buy a lifetime license, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ssokkit on up to 3 PCs at the same time, for as long as Ssokkit is available to run on your system. You can move the license between your PCs by releasing a PC on the My license page.

The license is for you (or, if you bought it for an organization, for one person in it). You may not share, sell, rent or publish your license key.

Free trial

You can use Ssokkit for free with limits: 3 downloads per day at up to 720p. Capture and the screen tools are fully available in the trial. We may change trial limits in future versions.

Buying Ssokkit

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to your purchase.

The price is shown before you pay. Depending on your country, sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.

Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, its license key stops working.

Using Ssokkit responsibly

Ssokkit is a tool. You may only use it to download content you own or have permission to download. You must respect copyright and other rights, and the terms of service of each platform you use. You are solely responsible for what you download, convert, capture and share.

You may not use Ssokkit to infringe anyone's rights, to break the law, or to get around technical protection measures.

What you may not do

You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify Ssokkit except where the law allows it, remove or bypass its license checks, or redistribute the app or a modified version of it.

Third-party platforms

Ssokkit works with websites we don't control. Those platforms can change at any time, which may stop a feature from working until we update the app. We don't promise that any particular site will keep working, and Ssokkit is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.

Updates

We may release updates that fix problems, add features or change how the app works. Some features may need an internet connection, including license activation.

No warranty

Ssokkit is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This does not limit any rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Ssokkit.

Ending the license

We may revoke a license that is used in breach of these terms, shared publicly, refunded or charged back. You can stop using Ssokkit at any time by uninstalling it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we'll make it clear on this site.
